When we work for you to help you sell, buy, rent or manage your property, all our communication will always be in writing in English or Portuguese, whichever is your chosen language.
For property owners we have some good news, we are currently extending a special offer on our commission. The usual commission for selling a property in Portugal is 5% plus the Government Tax of 23%. At Diamond Properties Algarve we are offering commission of just 3%+VAT, Terms and Conditions Apply. This is a temporary offer and may be withdrawn at any moment, with the exception of honouring all existing signed contracts.
Our commission is paid when the property seller is paid, in two stages, 50% when the Promissory Contract is signed and the seller receives 10% deposit and the final 50% at the Deeds, when the seller receives the remaining 90% of the property price from the buyer. We take all the risk in terms of our offering our expertise, marketing and time until we are successful in finding you a buy who wants to purchase your property. If we do not find you a buyer, then you do not pay our commission.

You have access to our professional services free of charge, and inline with our customer service policy we work for you to help you find a suitable property to buy. With our expert advice we can advise you on the best places to stay while you house hunt with us, how to get here, where to hire a car, we can even pick you up from the airport and take you directly to view properties that match your criteria. We can help you with a lawyer, removal company, wealth management, tax expert, surveyor and every professional you will need to find, buy and own a property in Portugal. It is our job and will be our pleasure.
