The villa comprises 3 floors, ground floor, 1st floor and
basement. The ground floor is accessed via a few steps from a quiet back street,
and there is street parking available for 2 or 3 cars just outside the front door.
The ground floor offers an open plan concept with a fully
fitted and equipped kitchen overlooking the front, a dining area and a good
size lounge with flat screen TV, free wifi and air conditioning, there is also
storage, a WC. Also on this level is access to a private terrace through

washing. Also on this level is a shower room and the laundry room.
The rental price includes: 3 double beds and 1 single bed to
sleep up to 7 guests, access to a bilingual Villa Manager, personal meet and
greet and exit, water, electricity, bath towels, bed linen, toilet paper, soap,
use of a dishwasher and washing machine, basic wifi, air conditioning
(reasonable useage), cleaning on entry and upon departure.
All you will need to purchase is your food and drink,
hygiene and cleaning products, beach towels and pool inflatables.
This is a perfectly centrally located property to venture to
walk to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, or wander up to the village where
you’ll discover a charming Church Square surrounded by cobble stone narrow
streets, and a 17th Century Church as the centre piece. Or you can
venture further afield to the beautiful sandy beaches, pop out to the Loule
market and indoor shopping centre with restaurants and cinema and designer
outlet or enjoy boat trips, the Championship Golf Courses and the Spas at the 5
Star Hotels! Faro International Airport is just a short 25 minute drive and you
have great access to the whole of the Algarve with two road networks nearby.
