The stone walled villa was an old ruin and has been lovingly restored to its former glory by a professional local builder. The house is on two floors covering 2368sqft and can accommodate 10 people. The villa is in a quiet residential area in Northern Portugal in a village near Esposende and consists of 5 bedrooms (all double/twin rooms), 3 bathrooms all with shower/toilet/sink and 2 with bidets, large kitchen/diner with wood burning fire, open plan sitting/dining room with wood burning fire, detached garage, lovely gardens with pool, rental income of approx 10,000 euros per annum, fully enclosed private gardens and off street parking for several cars.

The bathrooms are finished to a very high standard with imported free standing stone wash basins and quality stand alone bath.
The property offers an oil central heating system with bespoke cast iron wall mounted radiators throughout and a large wood burner in the lounge. The walls are 2ft thick keeping the property cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
