Your Personal Data In Portugal

A new data privacy Regulation has been approved by the EU Parliament which will apply to Portugal from 24 May 2018.

The regulation is known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EU.

The purpose of the GDPR is designed to harmonize data privacy laws across Europe and reshape the way organisations approach data privacy.

The GDPR applies to all companies processing the personal data of individuals residing in the Union, regardless of the company’s location. Diamond Properties Algarve wish to comply with the regulation and continue to keep you updated with our new properties to the market, price reductions, and our publications and newsletters on the Algarve and our company.

We will continue to safely and securely retain your personal data keeping your information private if you have provided it, on our office customer systems. If you have previously provided your information to us and you are happy to continue receiving our notifications you do not need to do anything. If for any reason you wish to be deleted from our systems please send us a private message or email.

Our updated policies will shortly be available on our website.
